Experience the world with the LOT Колекціонер! Spend your points on Pre-order your meal award, which allows you to add your favourite meal to your previously issued Ticket award! The award covers only a one-way flight from and to Poland.

The menu offers a wide range of snacks, themed meals and sets for special occasions.

Vegetarian, vegan or meat dishes, fresh snacks, salads as well as fruit and vegetable cocktails – from now on you can exchange your Points for this Award. Various meals tailored to both your needs and dietary preferences, will be delivered directly to the plane.

This offer is available on selected domestic and international flights. The offer is available on domestic flights from the Chopin Airport as well as on international medium and short-haul flights (less than 6 hours flight).

Step-by-Step guide on how to order a Pre-order your meal award:

1. Log in to your LOT Колекціонер account.

2. Go to the "Spend Points" tab.

3. Select the "Pre-order your meal" category.

4. Fill out the form.

5. After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number*. 

*The number of meals that can be ordered is limited due to the space limit in catering trolleys. Please note that your "Pre-order your meal" Award may be ordered minimum 3 working days and maximum 6 months before the planned trip.
