LOT Колекціонер program - Terms & Conditions of Pre-order your meal Award 

1. The "Pre-order your meal" award may be ordered minimum 3 working days and maximum 6 months before the planned trip.
2. The program members order the reward by filling in a form on the program website.
3. The "Pre-order your meal" reward covers only a one-way flight from and to Poland. "The Pre-order your meal" for both directions requires ordering two separate rewards.
4. Award is available on short-haul flights only.
5. No additional charges are collected for the issuance of the reward.
6. Resignation of award is not possible.
7. Return of award is possible only in case of irregularities. Then the full amount of points will be returned to the Participant's account. In order to return the award, contact the Program Service Centre.
