1. The "Pre-order your meal" award may be ordered minimum 3 working days and maximum 6 months before the planned trip.

2. The program members order the reward by filling in a form on the program website.

3. The "Pre-order your meal" award covers only a one-way flight from and to Poland. The "Pre-order your meal" award for both directions requires ordering two separate awards.

4. Award is available on: domestic, short haul and middle haul flights.

5. The "Pre - order your meal" award can be ordered only to a flight award issued on operational LOT Polish Airlines flights within LOT Колекціонер program. 

6. No additional charges are collected for the issuance of the award.

7. Confirmation of the “Pre-order your meal” reward is subject to the availability of the meal on the flight.

8. Resignation of award is not possible.

9. Return of award is possible only in case of irregularities. Then the full amount of points will be returned to the Participant's account. In order to return the award, please contact the Program Service Centre.
