The collected Points can be exchanged for LOT flight tickets. Flight awards are issued for flights operated by LOT starting in Ukraine. The ticket may be issued for a return trip in N standby booking class.

How to order a Flight award – STEP BY STEP:

1. Log in to your LOT Колекціонер account

2. Go to the "Spend Points" tab

3. Select the "Flight Awards" category

4. Fill out the form

5. You will receive an e-mail with your order number*
(*Please note that placing an order does not guarantee the realisation of the reward. Confirmation of the award is subject to its availability)
