Ticket encoding rules in the NDC system

 

Reservations must be made and issued exclusively at the following LO offices:

LO07N2

 

PNRs created by the Agent in the NDC system should be sent to the email address: ndc.kol@lot.pl. 

Please send PNRs in bulk if possible and place them one after the other in the body of the message (not in graphic or XLS files).

It is important that you enter your Program account number in the subject line of the message.

Encoding such PNRs may take up to 3 business days.
