LOT Колекціонер program - Terms & Conditions of My Premium Menu Award

1. The reward "My Premium Menu" entitles the Participant to the exchange of points for the purchase of a Premium class meal service for LOT Economy Class passengers on selected LOT Polish Airlines flights.
2. The reward "My Premium Menu" may be ordered a minimum of 24 hours prior to the planned date of travel, only during the operating hours of the Customer service for LOT Колекціонер.
3. The reward is only available on long-haul flights.
4. The "My Premium Menu" reward depends on the availability of the service on a given flight.
5. The reward is non-refundable except in the case of cancellation of the flight by the carrier. In such a situation, the points used for the reward will be returned to the Participant's account.
