LOT Travel Voucher

Thanks to the points collected in our LOT Колекціонер Program, you can now easily book your hotel or rent a car.

The vouchers are available in the following denominations:

- USD 100
- USD 200
- USD 300

How to get a Voucher? 

1. Log in to your LOT Колекціонер account

2. Go to the "Redeem points" tab

3. Select the "Hotel or car rental awards" category

4. Select the value of the voucher and place an order for your reward.

5. You will receive a digital voucher via the email address specified in your LOT Колекціонер profile.

6. To use the voucher for a hotel stay or car rental, please send an email to the following address: gdansk.office@lottravel.com.

The following information should be included:

 in the case of accommodation:

- name and surname 

- city

- dates of stay

- number of accompanying persons

- room specifications 

 in the case of car rental:

- name and surname 

- type of car

- rental period
