We are pleased to announce that on December 19, 2024, LOT Polish Airlines opened a new business lounge at Chicago's O'Hare Airport (ORD)! Our new Business Lounge at Chicago Airport has been designed to combine elegance with functionality. A spacious relaxation area and a wide range of amenities await you. In addition, a selection of local and Polish dishes, as well as a variety of beverages.
Comfort in our business lounge is provided by a separate relaxation area, work space and access to bathrooms and showers. In addition, the lounge is equipped with screens with flight schedules and charging stations for devices, which will provide you with even greater convenience while waiting for your flight.
We invite all LOT Колекціонер participants to use our new, comfortable space, which offers:

✈ 165 comfortable seats,
✈ panoramic view of the airport (two high glass walls),
✈ dedicated work and relaxation zones,

The Business Lounge at Chicago's O'Hare Airport is open to you daily from 7:00 a.m. to midnight.
Located in the international terminal (Terminal 5), this terminal handles most international arrivals and departures.
Culinary offer:
For our visiting passengers, we have prepared a spacious culinary corner with hot and cold meals, adapted to the time of day. Our guests have the opportunity to try Polish cuisine and local specialties! Right next to the food corner there is a bar, where we serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
We offer a wide selection of exquisite dishes, including vegetarian and halal options, prepared to the highest standards to meet the culinary preferences of passengers.
Service details:
- Availability: The service will be available to passengers of all travel classes, including walk-in passengers and passengers of other airlines.
- Purchase Conditions: Passengers with an active reservation and a LOT Polish Airlines ticket will be able to purchase the service through sales channels: lot.com, Call Center, ATO/CTO, DCS from agents and at the Business Lounge ORD reception. Other passengers will be able to purchase the service at the business lounge reception and eventually on the digital sales screen available at the entrance.
- Purchase Time: Until check-in, after this time purchase will only be possible at the lounge reception.

- Business class passengers: free,
- Premium class passengers: $55,
- Economy class passengers: $60,
- Walk-in passengers: $70. - SSR CODE: SSR BNLY/ BLNP port of origin: ORD.
- Free Entry: INF or CHLD up to 12 years of age travelling with an adult and Miles & More FTL SEN, HON members and STAR SILVER and GOLD passengers can use the lounge free of charge.
- Age Restrictions: Due to regulations in the United States, access to alcohol is only available to people 21 years of age or older.
