New destination - Oradea!
LOT Polish Airlines are opening a new connection from Warsaw - Chopin Airport to Oradea. First flights is scheduled on June 3rd!
Oradea is a charming city in north-western Romania, located on the Crișul Repede River at the border with Hungary. It is one of the largest cities in the Transylvania region and an important cultural, economic and historical centre.The city is famous for its rich history, which dates back to Roman times, when it was called Napoca. Later it was part of Hungary, which is still reflected in the preserved buildings and architecture.
One of the city's most distinctive features is its Art Nouveau architecture, which attracts tourists from all over the world. Walking through the streets of Oradea, you can admire beautifully decorated buildings, picturesque squares and historic churches, such as the Basilica of Our Lady of the Assumption. Famous monuments also include the Baroque Palace, the Oradea Theatre or the Black Eagle Palace.
Flights from Warsaw Chopin Airport are scheduled to depart on Mondays and Saturdays at 2:30 PM and on Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:25 AM. Return flights will operate at 5:40 PM on Mondays and Saturdays and 2:35 PM on Wednesdays and Fridays.
