New reward - Last minute upgrade!

We are pleased to announce that as of November 21, 2024, we are introducing a new reward in the LOT Pontgyűjtő program - Last minute upgrade!

 

In order to meet your expectations and being aware of the availability of seats on some of the connections you choose, we are introducing a new award -  "Last minute upgrade", which allows you to upgrade your previously booked award ticket.

 

 

Do you value comfort and world-class service during your flight? Comfortable seats with more legroom and meals served on porcelain are just some of the few amenities that await you.

Spend points collected in the Program for an Last minute upgrade award and benefit from a travel class upgrade to LOT Premium Economy or LOT Business Class. Even if you have already purchased an award ticket in LOT Economy Class or LOT Premium Economy class, you can still access the Last minute upgrade offer. 

 

The Last minute upgrade reward can be ordered no earlier than 72 hours and no later than 24 hours before the originally scheduled departure.

If the upgrade is for flights on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the following weekend exception rules are applied:

- for flights on Saturday and Sunday the order for the upgrade must be submitted on Thursday
- for flights on Monday the order for the upgrade must be submitted on Thursday (whole day) and on Friday till 12:00 p.m.
