Appendix 2 to the Rules of the Collector Programme
Rules of the Global Hotel Award under the Collector Programme
1. Hotel Awards can be ordered by filling in the Award Order form on the website of the Collector Programme.
2. Hotel Awards can be ordered maximum 3 months and minimum 6 days in advance before the planned stay at the given Hotel.
3. Hotel Awards can only be used for the hotels and on the price terms available under the Collector Programme.
4. After placing an order for a Hotel Award, the Participant shall receive an email with an electronic Voucher constituting confirmation of the Participant’s hotel stay reservation. The Voucher shall be sent to the email address provided on the Hotel Award Order Form.
5. The dates of stay at the hotel specified on the Voucher are the only dates between which the service can be provided.
6. The printed Voucher must be presented at the reception desk on the day when the stay begins. Thereafter, the Voucher must be signed by the Participant and a person representing the hotel and left at the hotel’s reception desk.
7. Hotel Awards which have already been ordered cannot be exchanged for different Awards or returned. Furthermore, changing the selected hotel or the dates of stay is not allowed.
8. Hotel Awards include a hotel stay with breakfast.
9. Hotel Awards do not cover:
♦ flights
♦ transfer from the airport to the hotel nor from the hotel to the airport
♦ insurance
♦ assistance of a courier
which Participants shall book and pay for by themselves.
10. In the event that at the time selected by the Participant hotels should not be available for the prices offered under the Collector Programme, the Organiser shall have the right to refuse to provide the Hotel Award at the selected time or with the Participant’s consent provide the Hotel Award for an additional fee in the form of points under the Collector Programme.
