1. The „Fast Track” award may be ordered minimum 3 working days and maximum 6 months before the planned trip.
2. The program members order the award by filling in a form on the program website.
3. The „Fast Track” award covers only flight from Warsaw, Gdansk, Poznan or Wroclaw.
4. The order for the „Fast Track” award (DOCUMENT EMD) may be issued exclusively to a flight award issued for operational LOT Polish Airlines flights.
5. No additional charges are collected for the issuance of the award.
6. Resignation of award is not possible.
7. Return of award is possible only in case of irregularities. Then the full amount of Points will be returned to the Participant's account. In order to return the award, contact the Program Service Centre.
