1. The voucher can be ordered by filling out the form on the website from Monday to Friday no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day preceding the departure date.
2. The award can be collected at LOT Business Lounge Polonez and LOT Business Lounge Mazurek at the airport in Warsaw or at O'Hare Airport in Chicago (Terminal 5).
3. The voucher is personalized, single-use and valid only at LOT Business Lounge Polonez and LOT Business Lounge Mazurek in Warsaw or at O'Hare Airport in Chicago.
4. Passenger data cannot be changed.
5. Resignation from the award cannot be accepted.
6. The refund of the award is possible only in the event of the cancellation of the flight. The refund can be made by contacting the Program Service Center. In such a case, the full amount of points will be returned to the Participant's account within 7 days of the return of the award.
7. Age restrictions: due to regulations in the United States, access to alcohol is only available to people over 21 years of age (purchase and entry for YTH provided an adult is present in the reservation) - applies to Chicago airport.
8. Free entry: INF or CHLD up to 12 years of age traveling with an adult can use the lounge free of charge.
9. The award can only be used in addition to flight awards ordered in LOT Pontgyűjtő program.
